Do I still need a ticket if I want the FREE General Admission Ticket?
We are encouraging festival-goers to register for a free ticket so we can get a headcount. You do not need to ticket to come to the festival though.
Where do I pick up my items from the VIP Packages?
For the Party Pit and 2-Day VIP Packages, you will receive them the day you arrive at the festival at the BASH Hub Tent, located inside Depot Park. All package holders will receive an email about where to pick them up on-site at Depot Park. For the 3-Day VIP Package, you will have the chance to receive them at the Kick-Off party on Friday, Nov. 4
How much do tickets cost?
This festival has two types of ticketing options:
1. The General Admission Ticket is FREE.
2. VIP Packages have three different price levels. Your upgraded experience helps keep the festival free for the community and net-profits goes to our chosen charities.
Parking in downtown Gainesville is difficult on any given day. There is an overflow parking lot for Depot Park that is free. it will fill up quickly. There is also free on-street parking around the park. If you are a local, we are encouraging you to uber or lyft, walk, carpool or ride your bike. Download the parking map
Is the UF Health Shands Arts In Medicine program a nonprofit?

Will you be selling tickets at the door?
This is a free festival, but there are a limited number of VIP Packages available. They will sell out quickly, so we are encouraging you to buy early if you'd like special access and extra perks. There is also a capacity at the park, so please reserve a free ticket as well.
What are the times of the festival?
Friday, Nov. 4 VIP Kick-off Party 5-10pm ( For 3-Day VIP Package holders and sponsors)
Saturday Nov. 5, 1pm-11pm and Sunday, Nov. 6, 12pm-10:00pm
Are children able to attend?
Yes. We will have a kids area during the daytime hours of the festival.
Are dogs allowed at this event?
Will there be bike racks
Yes, bike racks are available inside Depot Park.
Am I allowed to bring in my own coolers?
No. Beer and wine will be sold throughout Depot Park and food vendors and trucks will be on site. There will be water stations available.
Am I allowed to bring chairs and blankets?
Yes! This is a music festival in a big open park on a grass field, so we encourage everyone to bring their own chairs, blankets, etc for seating and comfort. The Party Pit area is standing room only though.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes. There will be beer and wine for sale throughout Depot Park.
Will food be available?
Yes, there will be food vendors and trucks on-site and there are also many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Safety & Security?
There will be police officers and security guards throughout the festival.
What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. We will only have to cancel or postpone if the weather condition creates a danger to the crowd.
Tickets are nonrefundable.
The BASH could not happen without our dedicated army of volunteers. You can get involved during the festival and truly see what it takes to create a grassroots music festival. There are shifts in the merchandise tent, setting up the festival, as well as many other areas of the festival. There is a limited number of volunteer positions available at The BASH.
Volunteers receive extra perks, like an invite to the VIP Kick-Off Party, access to the Party Pity, food and merchandise!
